Implementation Details

1. Bottle Cap Codes (Implemented in the Cap Factory)


Currently, two primary application methods are used: Single Code (inside the cap) and Double Code (inside and outside the cap). Single code simply generates a QR code inside the cap using laser or inkjet technology. However, with inkjet technology, it is important to ensure ink does not penetrate the beverage to avoid food safety concerns. Double code requires generating distinct QR codes inside and outside the cap using laser or inkjet technology. The internal code typically serves as a promotional code for redemptions or lucky draws, while the external code is used for product information and traceability. After cap production, it's necessary to associate the internal and external codes using code readers.

2. Box Codes and Pallet Codes (Implemented in the Distillery)


1) At the end of the distillery assembly line, a scanner is used to read the codes. Once the required number of bottles is reached, the system automatically generates a box code and prints it on the outer packaging using laser or inkjet technology. The box code is then associated with the cap codes inside.

2) Boxes are stacked sequentially onto pallets, and when the pallet is full, a multifunctional scanner scans the code on the last box and the RFID label on the pallet to associate the box code with the pallet code.

3) Both incoming and outgoing logistics use multifunctional scanners to scan pallet codes for complete pallet storage and retrieval or scan box codes for complete box storage and retrieval.
